Audited Supplier Long life design
Mainline (ML) series of SunStone batteries are long life design batteries. Normally in the alloy of plate, the percentage of Tin is 0.8%. For these batteries, we double the percentage of Tin in the alloy. Also we change the percentage the percentage of Ca in this alloy.
Valve Regulated Construction (Sealed)
Mainline (ML) series of SunStone batteries are of the AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) valve regulated (sealed) lead acid rechargeable type.
The electrolyte is suspended in a specially formulated non woven glass mat separator. All the electrolyte is absorbed in this manner and provides a safe non-spillable battery.
Gas Recombination System
The gasses generated in the normal charge/discharge use of a rechargeable battery are internally recombined during normal operating parameters. In the fact in normal operational use, more than 99% of the gasses generated are recombined.
Safety and Automatic Valve System
If the pressure is over 2-5 psi the safety valve will automatically open and reseal. This promise that there is no any excessive accumulation if gas in the battery.
Heavy Duty Grids
The grids are made by heavy duty lead calcium tin alloy. This provides: Safety margin of performance condition, Excellent recovery capacity from deep discharge, Extra service life in either cycle or float application, Low self-discharge when it is not in working.
Float Service life of battery
Mainline (ML) series of SunStone batteries is designed for float life of 10 years at 20°C(68°F).
Operation in any position
Because SunStone batteries are sealed and all the acid is absorbed in the special separators, these batteries can be operated
in both vertical and horizontal positions.
Wide Operation Temperature Range
SunStone batteries can be used in the wide temperature range from -35°C to 45°C.
Available in flame retardant ABS material for the battery case V0
SunStone battery cases can be made with flame retardant material V0. It depends on the requirement of the customer.

Sunstone Power Co. was established in 2003 in manufacturing, market, and brand-name-building of lead-acid batteries/battery plates.
Our factories (both plates factory & assembling factory) locate in Kunming City, Yunnan P.R. China. Since Yunnan P.R. is one of the main lead supply
areas, we have good advantages in quality control, delivery control, and cost control. So far we are the only factory that gets pollution control
permission from the government in Yunnan P.R.
Besides this, we set up our German company in Frankfurt in 2017 and an Indonesian company in Jakarta at the end of 2018.
We have our warehouse in both these two countries. It gives fast delivery and stock support to European and Southeast Asian markets.

Notice
1. Don't near the hot source and don't under the sunshine.
2. Don't charge in the sealed container.
3. No short circuit. It should be the additional charge if you don't use, and a single charge per three months, to avoid
irreversible sulfating. The battery should be changed when the battery jar is broken or the electrolyte omitted, to avoid acid
corrosion.
4. Don't store in the space of acid gas.
5. You should be careful and regular check when using the battery. To avoid the battery don't work. You should change the battery
if the capacity is not full or has been damaged, especially after one year using.
6. Don't put the battery in the fire, or it will explode.
7. Please use cotton cloth to clean, if the battery is broken down and leak electrolyte. Please wash your skin when touch the
electrolyte.
8. Don't clean the battery by using the organic solution. (e.g. petrol)
