Notice:

Daily maintenance of the battery pack
1. Check the voltage data on the BMS display and the actual battery voltage value to ensure the accuracy of the voltage collection of the BMS.
If they are inconsistent, proofreading is required. The error between the collected voltage and the actual battery voltage does not exceed 10mV.2. Check the temperature collection data and actual temperature value of the BMS, and the data the error between the collected data and the actual temperature value does not allow to exceed 3°C, to ensure that the battery will not be charged or discharged when the temperature is too high or too 
low.
3. Check the BMS current collected data and actual current value; the error is not allowed to exceed 1%, to ensure that the battery will not be charged or discharged by overcurrent.
4. Check the reliability of the charging equipment to ensure that the charging equipment performs charging according to the voltage and current regulations by the BMS, to ensure that the battery will not be overcharged.
5. Check that the connection of the battery pack is good, the contact points are in normal contact, and there is no accumulation of dust, powder, or metal chips.

Caution:

1. Do not allow children to handle batteries.  
2. Do not disassemble the battery.  
3. Keep batteries away from corrosive chemicals, hazardous equipment, and high-temperature environments.  
4. Misuse may cause smoke due to short circuits, overcharging, or high ambient temperatures. If smoke occurs, cut power immediately, use a CO2 or dry powder extinguisher, cover with sand, and evacuate people. 
5. Improper use may cause battery swelling, casing rupture, or cracking. Stop use immediately and contact technical support.  
6. Do not short-circuit battery terminals. Avoid contact with metal or conductive objects, which may cause injury or damage.  
7. Do not immerse the battery in water or conductive liquids—risk of injury or damage.  

Caution:

8. Do not connect this battery in series or parallel with other types. Do not combine systems without technical approval—risk of injury or loss.  
9. Do not expose to humidity above 95% RH or water immersion—risk of short circuits, failure, fire, or explosion.  
10. Do not expose to fire or prolonged high temperatures beyond specifications—risk of performance loss, fire, or explosion.  
11. Do not store or use in high static or electromagnetic radiation environments—may damage electronics and create hazards.  
12. Connect terminals strictly as instructed. Reverse charging is prohibited.  
13. If electrolyte leaks, avoid skin or eye contact. Rinse thoroughly with water if exposed and seek medical help. Do not ingest any part or substance.  
14. Protect from vibration, impact, and pressure—risk of short circuit, overheating, or fire.
